Links Moving review in Hong Kong Island, Hong Kong: Insurance is a scam
Some items were broken during the trip (bad packing). We had taken an insurance with Links Moving, and I have asked them what the procedure is to issue a claim. I have sent many emails (to basically every company email address I could find, including the general manager Jerome Sozzi ) and tried to call them... they are completely ghosting me. The goods arrived, but the insurance really seems like a scam.
